Handsome orange amber with a modest foam but streaming bubbles in the Duvel tulip.
This is the most weirdly perfumey beer I've ever tasted. I like the perfumey Kolsch varieties, but this is beyond strange. It does smell kind of flowery, and rather sweetly pleasant, but the taste is an eye-opener. I think of pumpkin with gardenias, or yams with rose water.
I suspect the English would rebel against this concoction. Maybe that's why they call it Sedition. From the 22 oz bottle purchased at the brewery in Oceanside.
