A classic Belgian style white ale. It is brewed with generous amounts of wheat, bitter orange peel, sweet orange peel, and coriander. There is a nice citrus flavor with a coriander spice.

Pair O' Dice "Nina Wit"
$5 on tap @ Maloney's Irish Local, Tampa, FL
Appearance: Cloudy golden-orange. Bright white head. Limited head retention and lacing (may have been a dirty glass so I'll give it the benefit of the doubt).
Smell: Sweetish wheat, chalky yeast, some fruit, some spice (coriander).
Taste: As the aroma suggests, it's a witbier. It's a somewhat fuller flavored witbier, very malty, but it's not out of bounds. The chalky yeast gives it a little distinction. Moderately bitter. Residual malt in the finish but drying.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied and crisp. Almost zesty at first.
Overall: As stated, it's a fuller witbier, certainly when compared to Wittekerke or Hoegaarden, but it's not overdone. Many American versions run along these lines, even ShockTop. It's clean and fresh and balanced. Worth trying.
