On cask at the Bridge House, Belfast
Pours with a rich copper body. Thick light tan head forms about half an inch thick of dense foam, good retention. Some bubbles of lacing up and down the glass
Smell, rich molasses tinged biscuity malt, some spicy fruit and a bit of residual sweetness. A very faint touch of mixed spices, some faint english hops, fuggles maybe
Taste, crisp and spicy malt, some hop bitterness towards the end. Some sweetness, burnt sugar and a bourbon biscuits
A pretty solid ale, I really wasn't sure where to add this but if its incorrect let me know
