A damn interesting beer. Smells like a lime Tostito. Taste is more sweetcorn (corn chowder, perhaps) with a hint of lime - it has a characteristic citrus tingle on the tongue. Beautiful slightly hazy look, with a lace remaining on top throughout. Great carbonation and mouthfeel, as always with Bissell. Would drink with some spicy tacos.

My buddy, P.D., will refer to a woman as a “context hottie.” Not strikingly beautiful or sexy, but given the context (ex., may be the only woman in a place full of guys), rates higher in the moment.

Dangol is a “context hottie” beer. We’re in the midst of a mini heat wave in New England — and I had just made some nachos — so a cool, crisp otherwise unremarkable beer with a kiss of lime might just be the trick.

Canned 7/5/18, poured into a small tasting glass. Smells like a beer margarita (or vice-versa), looks like hard lemonade.

Taste is what you’d expect — beer + lime (though more subtle, lingering and enjoyable than one of the mass-produced versions).

Again, a decent -- not great -- beer, but on a hot summer day, with a side of nachos — a “context hottie...”

Draft at Bissell. Deep yellow-orange hazy appearance. Does not look like a lager, does not taste like a lager. Loads of lime flavor. Like eating a lime jolly rancher.

Hazy straw looking beer with a creamy sticky white head that doesn't want to disappear.
No doubt they added lime in this brew, the smell sells it, I barely can notice anything else than lime fragrance.
Taste is fruity citrus, without being sour, light cracked grains, some pleasant bitterness.
Mouthfeel is pretty incredible for the 5% abv. It's way better than having a bud lime or a corona, you don't even have to add a lime quarter to hide the skunk and piss aromas!

12 oz pour on tap.

A: Murky bright tan whitish body with a pretty decent sized white head.

S: Lots of Lime and pine.

T: Prickly piney taste with some heavy lime other than that its fairly unremarkable.

M: Creamy feel thicker than you would expect.

O: Not a very great beer I'd have rather had a regular straight up lager from them than a gimmicky lime beer.

Poured from a tallboy into a shaker pint, the beer is a hazy, lime-tinted straw yellow coloring, with a thin, foamy, white head. Nose of tart and sweet lime juice, toasted grains, and a floral hops character. Flavors are tart and juicy lime forward, very fruity and balanced on a toasted grain and cracker backbone, with hints of floral hops at the end. Light and crisp in mouth, with a sweet and tart lemon-lime aftertaste. The finish is light and effervesced. The ultimate summer beer.

Since I'm the only one out of the other two reviewers who seems to understand what I was drinking I feel compelled to review this beer.

It's not a pale ale, it's a lager adjunct.

L: Straw colored, light barely penetrates

S: Like a lager, but with a hint of lime

T: Honestly, like Bissell Brothers signature taste meets Bud Light Lime. Not the greatest, but not the worst

F: Crisp and clean

O: Very very different from the usual output of Bissell, but pleasantly surprised at how this Bud Light Lime clone came out. Definitely an excellent refreshment on a hot day.

On draft at Bissell Brothers.

A: light straw yellow, 1.5 head.

S: Faint lime

T: Very strong lime rind/pith dominating a light pale ale. Quite disagreeable.

O: I was excited to see this on draft and anticipated a highly crushable Summer session beer. Instead, I experienced an unpleasant lime pith overload.

Pours a washed out yellow with thick fluffy head.
Not much in the way of a nose. Yeast breast with some lime.
Taste is lacking. Some lime juice malts and yeast.
Mouthfeel is Clean but not much going on.
Overall this one is a dud. I was expecting one of BB's hoppy brews with a lime kicker. Instead I got a poor version of bud light lime.
