First Sigil I've really enjoyed. Nice look with some decent head remaining around the edges, and nice smell, but what stood out was the rum. Didn't get much coconut in the taste, but lots of rum barrel and a little chocolate. And good mouth feel. Great BA beer from Bissell.

Pours straight dark coffee color with a latte froth 2 finger head that settles eventually to a film, leaving little lacing.
The aroma is rich and deep with notes of chocolate, coconut and a touch of coffee. There's a touch of alcohol in it too.
The flavor is similar, coming across with chocolate cake dominant with background notes of coconut and coffee and, again, a hint of alcohol that does not translate to a burn. This is a fairly sweet stout with very intense flavors that pull away from the base chocolate malt.
Feel is very soft and creamy smooth. No real bitterness nor a burn.
This is a pretty interesting recipe. I've been out of stouts for a while but this is really refreshing and different enough to keep my interest. Glad I had it.
