750 ml bottle into a pilsner glass. Gushes. What a shocker. Wish I could knock off points for that.
Pours a cloudy light hay color with 2 fingers of frothy white head. The head dissipates quickly, leaving minimal lacing. Retention and lacing are typical of the style, but the color is straight up pee.
The aroma brings a lot of wheat and cereal grains, as well as some sea salt, lactic acid, and fresh green apples. There's some oak and subtle vanilla in the back.
The flavor has a lot of wheat and grass and coriander. There's plenty of lime zest and vanilla yogurt as well as sea salt, oak, and green apples. Good, but kinda muddled.
The feel is medium-light bodied with good carbonation. Crisp, yet a tad oily.
Overall, a pretty solid gose, but not really worth putting in a bottle and selling it for $15+. There's nothing bad about this beer, it's just not really worth your time.
