750 ml bottle, bought from Bissel 08.15.21, drank 08.16.21 out of a Teku.
Spectakular.
Look - thick red raspberry pour, small head that dimmed, but a little remained.
Smell - distinct raspberry
Taste - all about the raspberries, one note. Surprisingly, I actually enjoyed it cold out of the fridge more than when it warmed.
Feel - thick.
Overall - one of the best fruited sours I've ever had. Heavily fruited and not tart or delicate - just in your face raspberries. Kind of an interplay with a Berliner Weiss can that's become so popular these days except with a sour yeast.
