Copenhagen 3/5 2026. 47,3 cl can from The Beer Hive, Amagerbrogade, Kbh. S. Can design in Bissells Brother's usual design with the three merged B's this time in red and white.
Pours opaque hazy golden orange with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a 0,8 cm thick layer of foam obscuring the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing-
Aroma is intense with a sweet odor of ripe tropical frits mingling with a strong citric scent. Passion fruit and mango. Grapefruit and lemon. Whiff of turpentine.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, a bit viscous, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by strong, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter- Lingering. Finish is dry.
Potent, citric and dry.

Pours a darker shade of orange with a thin white head. Nose is soft citrus, almost with a coconut hint. Taste was soft flavors hard to give a certain profile. Mild bitterness.

Poured into a 16 oz Snulip glass canned on 6/20/24. Pours a very attractive hazy orange with a finger plus sticky white head that leaves a big ring of lace, with excellent retention. 4.25
Aroma is mandarin, mango, peach, apricot, and a little hit of grapefruit rind. 4
Taste follows peach, mandarin, mango, passionfruit, apricot, and some white grapefruit hands on the tongue for a few seconds in between each sip. 4
Mouthfeel is above average, soft gentle carbonation, not sticky or dry, and 7.3% with the double dry hop it goes down easy, but has bigger flavor for sure. 4.25
Overall Bissell Brothers brewed a very nice NEIPA. I wanted more, but still nothing to sneeze at. 4
