An explosive tribute to the glory of hops! Nuclear Whim is built on a base of fluffy Maine-malted oats, then absolutely smothered with some of the most exciting hops currently available. Saturated flavors of stone fruit, citrus sorbet, and juicy melon. Dense, drippy, and delicious.

Picked up a four pack of cans at Bradfords Liquors in Plymouth, Massachusetts for about eighteen dollars. My thirteenth brew from these guys. Canned on date of 10/1/25. Solid.

16oz can dated 5/18/25.
Pours cloudy gold with a half-inch head of white. Pungent aromatics with unripe peach, mango, white grape. Medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Pithy citrus on the palate with minimal malt and a balancing bitterness.
Finishes fairly dry and a bit raw.
