Had on tap in a shaker pint glass. One-finger white head faded mostly away but left nice lacing behind on the glass. Aroma and flavor are dominated by biscuit and a slight grassiness. Flavors and feel improved as the beer gradually warmed.

A kristal klear kellerbier. Clean, grainy and crisp. Crushable.

On tap at Right Proper Brewing Company in Washington, DC.
Pours a hazy yellow with a foamy beige head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Small streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of grain, earth, grass, and hay aromas. Taste is much the same with grain, earth, and grass flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a very good beer that is refreshing and super easy to drink.

On tap at the brewpub.
Slightly hazy golden body with a fine head that leaves a nice partial cost of lacing.
Mild aroma has a suggestion of tartness.
Mildly bitter taste with some light biscuit notes.
