From 04/25/14 notes. On tap at the brewery in DC.
a - Pours a somewhat clear orange-yellow color with one inch of white head and moderate carbonation evident.
s - Smells of citrus hops, pine hops, fruity malts, lemon zest, floral hops, mango, bread, and earthy notes. Great nose, loads of hops to it.
t - Tastes of citrus hops, floral hops, tropical fruits, fruity malts, light pine and resin notes, earthy malts, and bread. More floral and tropical notes than the nose, a slight step up for me.
m - Medium body and moderate carbonation, with a touch of light bitterness in the mouthfeel.
o - Overall I liked this one a lot; lots of citrus and tropical fruits to it, and not much bitterness. Easy to drink, would love to have it again.
