Draft at the source. Light golden body with a thick white head. Ample lacing. Aromas of sourdough bread, biscuit, pine, hops. Robust, malty body with a hint of pice. Light sweetness and a touch of fruit. Pine forward with medium bitterness. Decent.

Balloon glass at the brewpub. Bright gold, with a rocky white head. Citrus and pine dominate the aroma and flavor, with minimal yeast presence. Finishes dry and resiny.

It's alright. I'm not writing home about it. The unique pomme fruit aroma is the best part.

Poured on tap at the brew pub into a pint glass.
Foamy white top, with paper thin like creamy appearance. Very fine looking bubbles and two fingers standing tall and long with ease. Body manages a good gold bronze hue with lots of plentiful carbonation, and a few sheets of lace.
Mild juicy aroma.. hits if stone fruit apricot, peach fuzz. Slight faint light toast with a good balance.
Palate is big crisp and strangely juicy all at once. Clean hop finish with lots of oils and herbal hinting spice. Even a creamy texture seems to hit almost to English angles. Fruit big of apricot and hinting citrus zest in mid palate.
Real neat pale ale.. very vibrant but under control and great flavors.
