This American Primitive beer is brewed with fresh cropped mugwort, yarrow, anise hyssop and Nelson Sauvin hops to mimic some of the flavors of dry vermouth. Brewed as our second collaboration with our homies at Brewers Art, expect a highly aromatic and herbaceous experience with refreshing acidity.

Draft at the source. 6 month aged version.
Straw yellow pale body, mild haze, thin white head of broken bubbles. Lovely aroma of lemons, grass, wheat, funk, citrus, floral notes. Similar flavor. Complex, inviting, delicious. I don't recall enjoying the unaged version nearly as much. This is splendid.
