On draft at Right Proper.
The beer is dark brown, nearing black with a small tan collar. Massive aromas of chocolate, chocolate syrup, dark fruits, oily coffee beans. Bold flavor with heavy charred roast, a touch of smoke, dark chocolates. Medium to full bodied. Light sweetness countered by coffee and roast bitterness. A solid stout, though a small serving was plenty.

On draft, pours black as night with a fluffy brown head that lingers the whole way down.
Nose is roast, oats, dark fruit, bitter chocolate, a little sweet malt and molasses. This smells exactly like a traditional imperial stout. The flavor is more sweet than earthy and roast. Lots of dark fruit, molasses, candied sugar. I like the sweetness, but makes it kind of heavy. This is primed for a wonderful barrel treatment and I will be looking to enjoy those as well. Great beer.
