On draft, pours an opaque dark brown, almost black with a wispy light tan head on top.
Nose is funk mixed with roast and vanilla. A little wood chip. Also smells of dark fruit and a little chocolate. The flavor is moderately sweet with a lot of roast, cocoa, vanilla, faint oak barrel and dark fruit. The barrel complements well, but I would enjoy a little more barrel and vanilla. Still delicious.
