Poured at the Shaw brewpub into a stemmed wine glass.
Deep yellow and relatively clear, with a fine collar presented. A little ahem urine looking in ther looks department but otherwise pretty basic.
Aroma is quite pungent. Mixes of sweet adjunct and large amounts of tropical juicy hop notes. Hints of pineapple and citrus orange, touches of light maize as well. A good acidic punch as well, but tolerable and helping to accent large fruit tones.
Palate is quite a mix. Slightly syrupy body tones with hints of corn sweetness. Mid palate hits with a good tart lemon and citrus character, with a moderate carbonation. Spritzy finish with a good carbonation that's playful and not jarring. A few touches of thick hops accent nicely as well. Lots of contrasting between tart and sweet flavors.
Quite a different take on a berliner, just hits a bit jarring in a way.

Berliner weiss with corn and oats - Soured with lacto - Dry-hopped with Citra and Mosaic
Look: Pours a hazy yellow with a big fluffy head with tight bubbles. Head falls quickly. A light ring hangs around with minimal lacing.
Smell: Lots of funk on the nose. Intense tartness with some acetic character. Outstanding bright citrus aromas with notes of stonefruit as well. Picking up hints of wheat and pale malt, but not grainy.
Taste: Puckering. Lots of tart citrus and tangy fruit. The hop flavor really shines and melds well with the intense lactic funk. Supremely flavorful for 3.8%. Quite acidic with some stone fruit flavor once a bit of the sourness subsides. Improves over the course of the drink as your palate adjusts.
Feel: Light bodied with medium to high carbonation. On the spritzy side. Sourness is intense but mostly disappears in the finish with nice stone fruit flavors and a hint of tartness hanging around.
Overall: Well done. Intensely flavorful for such a low ABV. This is the kind of beer Right Proper is knocking out of the park.

Super acetic, vinegar nose (in a good way) with some lemon juice. Flavor is over the top. Mouth watering acidity and juicy fruit. Ripe peaches linger in finish. Super crisp and stinging tartness with high carb and light mouthfeel.
This takes their Berliners to a new level, which I didnt think was possible. Probably my favorite variation on the style.

Hazy golden body with a large but not very durable head.
Very fruity and tart aroma with a touch of funk.Lots of citrus here but even more in the very tart taste.
