Simply an awesome beer. Just the right amount of lacto to make it sour without not seeming like a witbier. Just the right touch of orange to make it refreshing without going all-out fruity. Absurdly drinkable and totally delicious.

A beautiful hazy golden yellow. Complex, refined and refined aroma. Flavors of citrus zest blend with the nose to create complex aromatics. Low body and mouthfeel. A slight carbonation. Subtle citrus flavors combine with in house Brett and lactose strains to make a remarkably unique witbier.
