Vin due cereale. Barrel fermented for a year in second use bourbon barrels with our house mixed culture of brettamonyces and lactobacillus. The name means "Witches Wine" and offers forward notes of both tart and ripe strawberry combined by a wisp of cocoa nibs and subtle vanilla
