This golden tart ale wasusing flaked rye and flaked oats then inoculated with our house strain of Lactobacillus before being dry hopped with Azacca hops. Look for an orange tangy sensationon the palate with strong peach notes and passion fruit in the nose.

This is an extremely dry beer, almost champagne-like. Tart but not mouth-puckering. I did not get a lot of fruit (apricot or otherwise) from the flavor.

Poured on tap at Shaw into a wine stem glass.
Hazy yellow and orange body, mostly opaque but has a good shine. Head is fluffy and cream white looking and in color, presented with one finger settling into a simple collar and no Puck.
Aroma is an odd funk. Mixes of sour watermelon and peach/apricot fruit. Slight hints of pepper as well, but a pretty bizarre fruit ester and hop angle. Almost tropical too.
Palate provides a nice bounty. Tangy peach and orange citrus blast, with an excellent creamy mouthfeel. Tart rushing and mixing of a fun sour pickle briney quality.
Very different but also very unique and fun to drink.

Draft at the source.
Hazy, straw yellow body with a quarter inch of soapy, white head. Apricot and pineapple aroma. Fruity and assertively tart. Delicious.

Pale gold and clear. Slight wine like appearance. Very good and alluring. Strong sweet and slight sugary apricot notes. Very little tart in the smell but moderate in the taste. Very apricot forward. Medium body with weight to it. Biting carbonation makes it drinkable smooth. Very good and fantastic. Go for it.

Another beer in the vein of Bosco, let the world rejoice! Straw gold and hazy, with a creamy white head. Aromas of apricots, oranges, peaches, and more apricots. The beer hits the palate with a pleasant tanginess, backed with a malty sweetness and flavors of stone fruit. The carbonation level is a bit lower than I expected, but it works very well with the light tartness and abundant apricot character.
