Bready, floral, spicy. This dry hopped rye forward beer features a blend of both flaked and malted rye. The spice character from the rye malt is complemented by the use of Chinook, Magnum and Cascade hops. Anticipate floral and bready notes in the nose with a spicy rye character and slight crisp sharpness on the palate. Brewed in collaboration with Joe Bump, an award winning homebrewer, grower of a killer mustache, and father of our lead brewer.
