This beer pours a bright yellow with a tiny, frothy head. The smell is equally bright and bold. Citrus flavors immediately hit you, with malt and oat undertones. It’s sweet, and bitter, and sits well.

Pour: On draft at the restaurant. Poured into a tulip. Appearance: Light golden straw in color with medium white head. Lacing noticeable. Cloudy. Aroma: Slight Brett with citrus notes. Grassy and a bit funky. Taste: Tart and effervescent. Cracker-like on the tongue. Aftertaste: Finishes with a tart and acidic flavor. Kind of medicine-like. Overall: My first foray into Right Proper brews. Very interesting and different for the DMV.
