Spice, Vanilla, Coconut. This is our Gnosis recipe barrel aged in 2nd use Ginavit barrels from our friends at New Columbia Distillers for 13 months. Soft notes of coconut and vanilla compliment the spice character from the Belgian yeast we used during fermentation.
