A Belgian pale ale fermented with Right Proper's house brettanomyces and lactobacillus cultures. Pale, well carbonated. Vivid aromas of white wine grapes, white pepper, fresh grass, and barnyard funk. The acidity clashes a bit with the bitterness, something I've noticed with a number of Right Proper's hoppy mixed-fermentation beers. Nothing terrible, but enough to take it from being a world-class beer to "merely" being a very good beer.

A very good wild yeast Belgium pale. Hops and tartness balance very well. Belgium yeast esters held in check. Quite enjoyable.
