Funky and slightly tart, but I don't pick up much at all of any flavors from the herbal additions. Very enjoyable.
Brewery description: "Herbal, Floral, Funky. Our collaboration with Stan Hieronymus who has a forthcoming book from Brewers Publications about indigenous beers of North America. It is brewed with burdock root, dandelion root, spicebush, mugwort, yarrow, sorrel, and chicory flowers. It is exclusively hopped with native American Neomexicanus hops and fermented with our house mixed culture of wild yeasts."
