At the Shaw brew-pub, this seems to be a collab with Holy Mountain, and that sounds good to me. Served in a tulip, pretty hazy apricot with a great 1 finger pill white head, good retention and lacing. Hop bill is Mosaic, Comet, and Motueka, and malt is includes wheat and some flaked oat. Nose is bursting with all sorts of good: lemon, orange blossom, tangerine...not super complex, but really nice and bright and there are a few layers. Taste brings a little light bretty funk into the mix, in a way that adds a little some extra depth to the bright fruits but doesn’t come on too strong....this is great. Body is middle to light, a little pucker on the tongue at the end, and a little snappy funk. Really enjoyable beer.

Poured on tap at the pub into a snifter.
Murky apricot colored body, not total turbid but getting there. Yellow dull lemon with an orange touched bottom. Faint top and collar almost with an oil slick sheen.
Tropical pineapple bursting nose. A very strong funk that gets into big earth and pepper. Woody pine tones as well with a good tartness. Very well done here.
Palate goes for new aged hop tropics but with quite a sting. A wet body almost gets into chalky and ashen senses on the palate. Spiced lingering finish with quite a hot bitterness.
Neat take with great wild character but some of the hop character is a little distracting . Still flavorful and drinkable.
