Light, effervescent, dry and funky.
Cloudy white/yellow with a lasting cap of pillow white.
Nose is lightly funky with a little tart fruit.
Taste is crisp opening quickly followed by a dry bitterness with a little funk. The wooden barnyard funk grow with floral hops notes and reduced bitterness. The carbonation is lightly prickly.
I love dry, musty, funky brews, and this one fits.
