Mead Barrel Aged Version
It's a pretty beer- gold with a light hazy, white long lasting head with spotty lace, but not cloudy enough for a witbier
Smells tart and refreshing, a bit of bright citrus, a touch of floral character, and a little funk
Tart, citrusy, and floral, just a touch of wood
Light bodied, quenching, carbonation is spot on
Really tasty beer, but isn't really what most people think of as a modern witbier, more of a throwback to the old style
