Limited Edition Barrel-Aged version of our Rustic Biere de Garde (Baron Corvo). Aged in a George Dickel Whiskey barrel for over a year.

On tap at Right Proper in Brookland.
Pours a golden dark orange with some fine foam.
Smell is vinous and fruity with note of plums and raisins alongside charred oak and vanilla.
Taste is very fruity with some notes of red berries and plums and a powerful charred, oaky vanilla. Great depth and complexity with some spice on the finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific beer, almost like a quad and saison blended together in an oak barrel.
