Poured on tap at the brew pub.
Pale to straw lemon yellow body color, with near turbid but not quite appearance. Very nice creamy topped white head, looks like a dollop of nice whipping cream.
Aroma is light grains, with a faint touch of earth and solid apricot like fruit.
Palate is solid even at this simple ABv. Comes out a little session like. Small touches of real nice soft acidity and funky flavors. Hints a bit of lemon as well, and mixed apricot. Good chewy texture as well.
Comes off as a wild almost session like feel but bigger flavored brew.
