For this summer saison, the saison yeast is complemented by restrained additions of hibiscus, lemon peel, and grains of paradise to make for a slightly tart brew with notes of pear, cherry, and red currant. This balanced, light bodied, and bubbly beer has a subtle pink hue from the hibiscus and is sure to be refreshing as the weather starts to warm.

Cloudy orange with a pinkish hue, rose-tinged head quickly dissipates, spotty lace
Fruity, lemon zest, ginger, pepper, and clove
Jamaica drink, a bit of green banana, lemon, ginger, pepper, clove, doughy malt flavors
Light bodied but a bit fluffy, effervescent
Nice for this hot spell we're having right now, but not something I'd keep in regular rotation
