This is just a delightful beer... Love the honey, floral, citrus aromas I am picking up from the smell. Taste is smooth, quick, but powerful. This will be a go to from now on...

12 oz can with a June 2017 canning date.
Golden colored with a white head that has good retention and but leaves little lacing on the glass.
The body is medium with lively carbonation.
Aroma: floral, spicy and fruity, with some bready malt and more banana than desired.
Taste: rich, spicy and complex. Bold and spicy even for a style that has these characteristics. The alcohol is not very noticeable in the aroma or the feel but more evident in the taste.

Pours golden in color. Nose is rather sweet as is the taste. Not much head to speak of. The after taste is bready with a touch of honey butter. This is a good beer. Just can't believe is is high AbV.....

What BEERchitect said. If Reformation managed to make this a little bit drier, and more carbonated, it would be a world class beer. All in all, a very good example of a Tripel that I'll definitely look for in my local TW&L.

I'm trying this at Henry's in midtown hotlanta. It poured a clear golden with no head and no lace. The scent had hints of Belgian pale ale. The taste was nicely balanced but the abv made it a sipping beer. The mouthfeel was medium in body with smooth carbonation. Overall it was a decent beer.

Poured from a 12 oz can into a Green's tulip glass. This is a tasty triple. I'm no expert but it seems true to the style. The problem I had was almost no head/carbonation.

Poured from a 12 OZ can into a pint glass at the Taco Mac in Atlanta. The appearance is a slightly cloudy yellow color with a small white head. The aroma and tazte is pure tripel bliss. An outstanding beer.

Some things are fine just the way they are. Even the folks at Reformation Brewery knows that the Belgian tripel is nothing to be messed with. A soft grain profile with a dynamic fruit and spice display with a vinous and bitter grassy tone, there's no reformations needed here; just execution done well.

Providence spills over with bold fruitiness of citrus and orchard fruit, a floral honeysuckle scent along with a soft vinous spice and a pastry-like undercurrent. While bright golden in its depths, a scant haze releases a creamy eggshell froth ahead of a sweet taste of honey and angel food cake.

As the sweetness rolls across the tongue, the fruit and spice release from the malt and claim a fruit forward flavor of apple, lemon, orange, cantaloup and apricot. However, the ale isn't without balance as a spicy rebuttal comes way of white pepper, white wine, dry hay and a hint of lemongrass. A hoppy finish is moderately bitter, spicy and grassy on their own as the final taste is pleasantly sweet with a pep of scented soap.

Medium full on the tongue, the flavors of tripel are all represented well while its texture is malty sweet, lightly grainy and reluctant to fully dry. Relying on its own vinous booze, peppery yeast spices and light resinous dryness from hops to provide a drinkable tone, the beer's effervescence is shy of classic varieties and its ability to attenuate falls malty on the finish. A medium aftertaste of spice and fruit flutter away together as a sweet tack remains on the tongue.

A: Nice deep golden appearance. Medium head retention
S: Caramel and citrus notes.
T: Not overly bitter, highly accessible and very rewarding. Flavors opened up as it warmed a little.
M: Long but not overpowering mouthfeel expected from a good tripel.
O: One of my favorites. Drinks easily so watch the ABV!
Just became available in 12oz cans end 2016. My go-to tripel.
