A 12oz can with a canned on date of 5.30.16
L - Pale yellow with clarity and 2 full fingers of head that completely disappear
S - Light belgian yeast, candy sugar.
T - Light and refreshing, similar to the aroma.
F - light body, medium carbonation.
O - Very light, almost watered down version of a belgian pale. Easy to drink and a good summer brew

Poured from a 12 oz can into a pint glass. The appearance is a slightly murky light golden straw color with a medium sized white head. The aroma is light hops with bread. The taste matches the nose.

straight down the middle for me. nice coriander notes with a cloying sweetness. beautiful white color. Little head from the spritzy carbonation. For being only 4.8 - there's a little alcohol heat, and a little tart in the backbone to balance the sweetness. Some banana notes but just barely. Strong lemon zest notes. I could show anybody how to brew this. loads of lemon zest, unmalted wheat, pilsner, and belgian wit yeast. Adding some flaked rice for body an about 2 tsp of crushed coriander per 10 gall. Back to this one. It's decent. FOr me, it's good, but a little too up the middle, a little too 'hot' and a little spritzy for my liking. I'd prefer a little more mouthfeel(they shoulda gone oats and rice or just oats)and perhaps a touch lower abv(of course that heat can be from other stuff too). I can see pounding one or two of these, but then it might become tiresome. Perhaps they could have added more oats, and age this just a bit more to mellow it out even further. jmo.
