About 1/3 of a large shared 2015 bottle.
Hazy amber body.
Aroma: complex and distinctive. Alcohol/ esters and barrel aging effects mix with fairly strong suggestions of tart citrus fruits.
Flavor: Near moderate levels of both sour and bitter, with the sour dominant until the aftertaste. Citrus notes and yeast with faint suggests of soft ripe fruits. The barrel aging contributes as much to the flavor profile as the base beer, keeping these nicely in balance.
