Note: Adventure #002 - NEIPA
Presentation: 12 oz. can with the canning date printed on the bottom. Served in a Wili Becher glass.
Appearance: It develops a one and a half finder head that stays around for a while and leaves a thick foam layer with some great lacing that covers the entire glass. It's a slightly hazy, pale yellow color.
Smell: Quite faint but pleasant, with hints of citrus peel, some malt sweetness and a slight hoppy musk.
Taste: It's mostly fruity up front with some grapefruit, orange and pineapple. That gives way to a slight bitter note from the hops towards the end.
Mouthfeel: It's dry, light, crisp and refreshing with medium carbonation.
Overall: A pleasant IPA that's mostly fruity and soft. Very good but nothing groundbreaking.
