Pours a lovely ruby hue. Nose doesn't really reveal much of anything. Taste is a little weird - medicinal, tart and lacking any honey character. Mouthfeel is light and watery in body with a mild, even carbonation. Overall, not like any braggot I've ever had - not bad, just not style consistent in my opinion.
