Appearance: Clear gold, white fluffy head with good retention.
Aroma: Floral & spicy
Flavor & Aftertaste: Grainy & spicy. Moderate bitterness. Moderate length finish, crisp and dry.
Mouth feel: Light bodied. Moderate carbonation. Dry.
Overall: Enjoyable German style pils. Not too bitter, well balanced. Drinks easy. Great summer beer. Good to see this mostly ale style brewery pull off a solid German style pils. Well crafted.
