A highly drinkable, hop forward beer with a classic American Pale Ale malt bill. Heavy handed Mosaic dry hopping gives this beer a nose packed full of citrus and mango. Up front aroma, balanced bittering and a moderate body just beg for another taste…and another…and another…

Definitely on the hoppy end for a Pale Ale, without the body I usually enjoy, but I am a sucker for Mosaic hops and this is a great display of their virtues.

Golden in color with a small white head. Nose is citrus and malty. Taste a zesty citrus hint, then a malty finish. Fairly dry beer. Not much bitterness on palate.

Canned June 28th, so fresh. Pour is WCIPA style - clean and clear, amber color. Head is a bit on the low side. Nose is fruity citrus, not a surprise given it's a Mosaic based ale. Not much detail on the malt bill, bill.
Taste is a combination of a mild hop bitterness with a slightly sweet malt in the finish. The result is a good, solid APA with a refreshing feel, session- friendly 5.3% ABV.

Creamy, alabaster head. Clear, light orange and medium amber appearance. The single hop is abundant up front in the smell, which is a spiced floral pine, with a touch of mixed citrus peel. Flavors are floral and pine, with some grapefruit peel and good amount of lightly toasted malt.

16 Oz can. Packaged 6/03/2020
Pours a slightly hazy golden body with a bone white head. Only moderate retention and lacing.
Scent is not particularly prominent. Somewhat hop forward .I'm getting mosaic hops with mango and pineapple notes.
I'm getting a lot more malt in the taste that really smooths it out. Interestingly I didn't pick up any malt in the scent. Really drinkable !
Feel is full and creamy.
The best pale ale I've had in a long time ! This isn't one of the many pale ales that are indistinguishable from an IPA. This is a pale ale that's true to the form. I think it's the malting that sets it apart. I will have this one again and soon. Really enjoyed the feel of this beer, and the taste was so drinkable I'd finished this (16 Oz!) beer before I finished the review. That doesn't usually happen with me.
