Big thanks, again, to kemoarps for yet another tasty PNW beer to enjoy.
Beautiful pour, almost clear gold with a finger of white foam, and finally a nice skim and thick ring with copious lace left on glass.
Sweet citrus and light floral make a simple and wonderful aroma that is medium strength but quite enticing.
Man what a great taste, all kinds of fruit going on, I get grapefruit, lemon, peach, nectarine, melon, and a gentle herbal bitter that grabs citrus pith to end the sip with drying depth. Delicious.
Light bodied, plenty of resin, low carb., Despite the copious hop resin, it is light/medium viscosity. Killer clean finish leaves the palate with extreme desire for the next sip.
Just a simple and delicious homage to Galaxy hops that is refreshing, delicious, and a treat that I don't hesitate to give highest recommendation. Grab if you spot it you won't be disappointed for sure.
