We love Mosaic Hops, you love Mosaic Hops, so why not try them three ways…. We used Resonate, Pellets and Cryo pellets in this homage to the mighty Mosaic. While not a single hop beer, this beer screams Mosaic (mango and citrus aroma and flavor) from start to finish.

2025 edition. Here's a hoppy brew in the fruity style, make that West Coast fruit, please. Pours a clear amber Tangy and lush with carbonation. Aromatic with pineapple, berries and a whiff of grapefruit peel. Tastes of tangerine, orange peel with a touch of grapefruit. Bitterness is quite moderate but does linger in the aftertaste. Overall this is big and hoppy but quite drinkable. From the 16 oz can purchased at the Community Co-op. Dated 01/02/25.

16oz can (dated 12/17/20) poured into 14oz teku. Poured a bright, clean, clear orange-gold color with 1/2 inch of white head that had good retention and light-moderate lacing.
The aroma was filled with pine and citrus hops, with just enough grain/malt showing through for contrast and balance.
Very similar on the tongue. Pine upfront, malt in the middle, and a slightly bitter finish.
The body was medium for the style, perhaps a skosh lighter than medium, with a semi-dry finish.
Drinkability was good, an easy pint to finish.
Overall, a pleasant and solid brew. Certainly worth a shot if you see it.

draught
Very thick and lasting, mainly tiny bubble & some medium bubbled, lily white head. Clear clover honey color with a touch of medium orange. Resinous herbal malt aroma with a smattering of tropical fruit and tangerine peel. Sharp floral with a touch of pine to the taste, accompanied by firm and pleasant hop bite linger. Medium bodied.
