This beer rocks hops from three world class growing regions around the globe. German Mandarina Bavaria and Huell Melon contribute aromas of tangerine and ripe melon. Motueka from New Zealand adds aromas of fresh crushed citrus. Lastly, Mosaic from the Yakima Valley of Washington brings the mango and blueberry.

Another beer from this brewery that I had on tap somewhere and really enjoyed. So many good breweries so little time.

Clear amber brew with abundant foam in the Tripel Karmeliet goblet. Aromatic with mango and orange. Flavors of citrus peel, orange, and berries. Lush flavors with pleasing carbonation make for a sipping delight. Clean taste and a moderate bitter aftertaste. From the 16 oz can purchased at Metropolitan Market in Mercer Island.

Poured from 16oz can into a dimpled mug. Canned on 6/2/22.
Appearance: light golden hue with a dash of haze and two fingers of frothy ivory foam. Pretty!
Smell: quite sweet with a lightly citrusy, lightly piney hop character. Not too bad but a bit on the sweet side for my taste.
Taste: malt is sweet but with just a bit of grainy edge. Hops are a bit piney and resinous in character, and bitterness is high enough to compete with the sweetness. The balance the bitterness brings is important to this beer.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: I like this beer; even with the balancing bitterness, it's a bit sweet, but overall the flavors are good and I'm enjoying this quaff.

Pours a crystal clear gold. Small clingy white head.
Fruity aroma but not in a hazy way. Orange, grape, peach pit.. nice.
Taste is very well balanced but still quite hop forward .
Excellent mouth feel. Medium and well carbonated. Very clean indeed.
Really good IPA.

16oz can (no date) poured into 14oz teku. Poured a very lightly hazy golden straw color with over an inch of white head that had good retention and no lacing.
The aroma was hop forward, pine, citrus, and a bit of floral, with a soft grain aspect in the background.
Similar on the tongue, with a citrusy bitterness being dominant and lingering on the finish.
The body was medium, leaning a touch towards full, carried good carb, and was a bit coarse across the palate.
Drinkability was good, especially if one like old-school IPAs.
Overall, a nice brew. Certainly worth a shot if you see it.

Hops from: New Zealand, Washington, and Europe, yet not a muddled taste. Clean after taste (which was unexpected due to the variety of hops).

Tasted in a pint glass from draft at The Parkway Tavern on August 3, 2018. German Callista hops with aromas of apricot, blackberry, raspberry, passion fruit, peach, grapefruit and gooseberry. Moteuka from New Zealand adds aromas of fresh crushed citrus. Loral from the Yakima Valley is more floral with hints of pepper and dark fruit.
