This IPA was fermented with a native Kveik yeast from Framgarden, Norway. With a fermentation 95F the beer ends up chock-full of fruity yeast derived esters to complement Mosaic and Sabro's tropical fruit punch

This was an interesting one.
Pour was a dark yellow more or less. Mostly clear, but not crisp. Minimal head, but beautiful frail lacing.
Nose was bursting with bright tropical flavour right off the bat.
Flavour led in and is where this thing really shined in its uniqueness. Fruity, though less brightly tropical than the nose suggested. There was an earthy almost funky element as well that in my mind I attribute to the unique yeast used, but I don't know if that's true or not. Nicely bitter... almost like lime oil? Green. Kiwi? Tart and bitter and fruity estery... a really interesting and enjoyable one.
