Italians like to add a little flair to their pilsners by dry-hopping for an extra layer of aroma. In our take on the style, aromas of red berries, light spice and floral notes from Saphir and Loral hops are carried beautifully on a base of crisp, light pilsner malt. Deliziosa!

16oz can (dated 3/12/21) poured into 14oz teku. Poured a bright, clean, clear light gold color with1/2 inch of white head that had moderate retention and no lacing.
A light grain base supported some floral and spicy hops. Same on the tongue; earthy grains and bright hops.
The body was light, clean, smooth, and had a light-medium finish. Drinkability was good, an easy crusher for sure. Overall, a solid and enjoyable brew. Worth trying if you see it.
