16oz can (dated 3/12/21) poured into 14oz teku. poured a bright, clean, clear coppery-gold color with 3/4 inch of white head that had moderate retention and lacing.
Bright and bold citrus hops had the front of the nose, with a noticeable, but not powerful, amount of grainy hops in the background.
On the tongue, some malt sweetness added to the depth, alongside the hops and grain. A nice amount of bitterness on the finish.
The body was a touch on the full side of medium, smooth, and a sweetish finish that dried out nicely after a few moments.
Drinkability was very nice, the type of OG IPA that makes ya want another.
Overall, a very nice brew, a pleasant change of pace from the endless parade of sweet, murky beers. Most certainly worth your time if you see it.
