Clear amber brew with abundant foam in the Hopleaf goblet. Aroma of orange peel, alfalfa, and pine. Flavors of melon and peach with a bitter finish. Some astringent seeds and stems plus pencil shavings in the aftertaste but quite drinkable.
Maybe a little more bitter than necessary, but so warm and rich with such a lush hoppy aroma. So not "New England." The beer name says it all. Hops are listed as Simcoe, Galaxy, and Citra along with the date 08/17/21 on the bottom. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station.
