Mostly clean very pale golden colour. Generous finger and a half to two fingers of egg white foam that slowly dwindles, but leaves plenty of remembrance on the glass as it goes.
The nose is evident even before I lift the glass. Some fruity hops... floral with a ripe synesthetic green to it. Clean malts underneath.
Flavour starts off with clean crackery malts that quickly yield ground to a rich hopping that is pleasant and at once bold without being forceful. Rich fruits blend to a spicy earthy finish that lingers but again does not overwhelm.
This is good now. This would be great on a warm afternoon.
I like most stuff I try from Stoup, and this is no exception.

16oz can (dated 11/22/21) poured into 14oz teku. Poured a very bright light gold color that was crystal clear, and had about an inch of white head that had moderate retention and no lacing.
Strong base grains dominated the nose, nicely earthy, and were topped buy some floral hops.
Very similar on the tongue, grain forward, with the hops being brighter, bitier, and having a very light fruit taste.
The body was as hoped; light crisp, smooth, and with a nicely dry finish.
Drinkability was very good, and easy quaff that would likely go well with many different foods.
Overall, a pretty good take on the "Italian Pilsner" style, one of the, if not the, best I've had. Most certainly worth a shot if you see it.
