This newest version of our rotating Hop Exploration Series is dry hopped with experimental Hop 1120 from Mill 95 in Idaho. It's supplemented by Citra and Mosaic Cryo Hops for aromas of mango, citrus, and an interesting herbal quality.

16oz can (dated 11/30/21) poured into 16oz tulip. Poured a lightly hazy medium-dark yellow color with an inch of white head that had moderate retention and light lacing.
The aroma was citrus hops with just some light grain backbone.
Similar on the tongue; nicely bitter hops, light grain.
The body was medium, had a pleasant coarseness, and a semi-dry finish.
Drinkability was good, you could knock back a couple of these.
Overall, a nice brew, worth trying, but not one that really stands out from the crowd.
