Fresh hop beers are brewed just once a year during hop harvest season. Or at least they used to be brewed just once a year! Thanks to some deep freeze magic and some very special people at Yakima Chief Hops, we brewed a Citra/Azacca fresh hop lager in January! Frozen Citra and Azacca fresh hops add some citrus, mango and a touch of fresh hop magic.
