Oh heeey! No tin knight is gonna slay this dragon of a beer because it's flipped the script and it slayyys. It's beautiful and delicious and takes care of its own business. We generally don't like to share beauty secrets, but this beer is a fabulous combination of Northwest flair and berry, passionfruit and orange flavors and aromas thanks to plentiful addions of Amarillo, Mosaic and Vic Secret hops. Flaunt that confidence, Slayyy IPA!

Clear golden amber with abundant foam in the Maredsous goblet. Lush and sudsy on the tongue. Medium body with a sharp edge. Some malty sweetness but an astringent resiny taste takes over. Hops are listed as Amarillo, Mosaic, and Vic Secret. Quite bitter aftertaste with pineapple; not such a good combination for some reason. The flavor is interesting as you take a sip, then it dives into harshness. From the 16 oz can purchased at Ellizabeth Station. Dated 02/17/22.
