Pours a clear amber with plenty of foam in the Copper Kettle goblet. Sudsy and lively mouthfeel. Malty body with a pleasant light sweetness. Pleasant aroma of lime and fall leaves. Tangy with a citrus peel and mineral finish. Moderate bitter aftertaste.
Overall this is a clean and clear hoppy brew. Moderate fruit, somewhat austere, but balanced by the malt. This is really more restrained than so many current IPAs. Very much West Coast style and highly drinkable. But bitter. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 09/15/22.
