Clear golden amber brew with plenty of foam in the Blanche de Chambly Pilsner glass. I was expecting something more like a hoppy lager or Pilsner, but this has that distinct Maibock taste plus the malty sweetness. Rich and malty with a Euro hop flavor. Not bitter exactly but there is an edge to it. This is really quite tasty if you calibrate your buds. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 04/04/23.
